Commissioned to provide visual access to the roof of a Southampton industrial unit, the front yard was blocked off with concrete ballast blocks, preventing an access platform from accessing the site.

We were able to quickly and efficiently inspect the roof area to provide visual photographic data in connection with a Schedule of Condition prior to a new occupational lease.
